Cisco contact center implementation

This project supports virtual contact center (multi-tenancy): agents can locate in multiple tenant (tenant 1 in HNI POP, tenant 3 in DNG POP, tenant 2 in HCM POP) and each individual tenant can manage its own contact center (tenant self-administration feature) such as: adding/modifying agent queues, groups and skills, designing call flow, routing and producing reports, etc.
