The program is delivered online, enabling participants to easily access information and join sessions flexibly and effectively. The training content covers a wide range of topics, including an overview of digital transformation, theoretical foundations, applied technologies, and relevant legal frameworks and regulations. Participants will gain an understanding of the distinctions between e-government and digital government, the organizational structures needed for digital transformation, and the maturity models used in the transformation process.

Furthermore, the program highlights the relationship between smart cities and digital government, key factors for success, and methodologies for developing specific action plans tailored to local digital transformation initiatives. Through lessons and practical scenarios, participants will master the implementation of digital solutions, optimization of administrative processes, and establishment of an effective digital government. Resources and Timeline

The technical team, responsible for managing and operating the Learning Management System (LMS), is always available to support participants throughout the learning process.
