Overview

Participants will gain an understanding of the distinctions between e-government and digital government, the organizational structures needed for digital transformation, and the maturity models used in the transformation process.
Furthermore, the program highlights the relationship between smart cities and digital government, key factors for success, and methodologies for developing specific action plans tailored to local digital transformation initiatives. Through lessons and practical scenarios, participants will master the implementation of digital solutions, optimization of administrative processes, and establishment of an effective digital government.
