Overview

Our Telecommunications Network Quality Management System is designed to collect and process raw data from core and edge network systems such as Mobile Packet Core, CS Core, MSN, VAS, and IN. This data is processed and analyzed to generate KPIs that reflect network service quality across various time intervals, including hourly, daily, and weekly metrics. The system provides comprehensive visual reports that enable management teams to assess and monitor network quality effectively and identify potential issues early on. The user interface is accessible via both web and mobile devices, allowing for flexible command and control of network quality management at any time and from anywhere. Additionally, the system supports advanced analytical and predictive functions, empowering managers to make data-driven decisions to enhance service quality and optimize the overall user experience.

Resources and Timeline

The telecommunications network quality management project was our first collaboration with a telecom operator. Due to the complexity of the project and the requirement for 24/7 operations, we established a dedicated team of 15 experts in 2016, comprising DevOps engineers, Data Engineers, and Developers, to work closely with the client in implementation and ongoing operations.
